Placing your orders.

Once your order is placed

  • You will receive a confirmation email, this should be immediate however please allow up to a few hours

  • When your order has been shipped you will get another email / text to let you know that your order is on its way

  • Once your order is placed we can not amend or cancel your order

Shipping rates

  • Delivery Times will be extended for the Christmas period, please allow 7-10 days for standard delivery and up to 3 working days for next day

  • Orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day (meaning parcel should arrive the following day)

  • Our courier company we work with is DPD, parcels shipped to Ireland usually take 1-2 working days to be delivered . Can take 4-6 days to UK & EU. Rest of the world 5 - 10 days

Returns

  • If you wish to return an item please contact info@batteriesautocraft.com

  • If you purchased while free shipping was on then your return will have the shipping fee deducted

  • All items are your responsibility until signed for by us

  • The cost of all returns are your responsibility

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, with seals still in place, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@batteriesautocraft.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Faulty Item

    In the unlikely event your order arrives in less than perfect condition then Please send us a message with your order number and a photo of the fault to info@batteriesautocraft.com

    Wrong Item received

    Every now and then mistakes happen and if you receive the wrong order please email us with your order number and the details at info@batteriesautocraft.com and we will get the correct order straight out to you
